The Berlin Fashion Week
Kevin leads a catwalk training for models for the Berlin Fashion Week in the Dorint Hotel-Sans Souci in Potsdam with Catwalk Enterprises Berlin.
The Berlin Fashion Week: Kevin choreographed 6 designer shows for the Lavera/ Showfloor ( the green fashion at the Fashion Week) with great success with the media, and the audience really stormed the location in Kreuzberg. It was a highlight of the Fashion Week.

Georgia Fashion Week
Kevin was show director of the Georgian Fashion Week in Tbilisi in October. He directed/choreographed the 24 designer shows as artistic and co-ordination director. Apart from the best designers in Georgia there were also designers from Ukraine, Paris and Milano to give a truly international flair, as well as the international crème de la crème of the fashion press. The Fashion Week was a great success, and a very exciting project to place Georgia on the international fashion scene

A revival of the play "Too Wilde for Words" about the life and work of Oscar Wilde written by Kevin Oakes, directed by Jochen Nötzelmann, with Kevin Okaes, Benjamin Spieler and also Sascha Dörfeldt on piano. The play returned by popular demand to the "Gallus Theater" in Frankfurt. Plans are to take the play on tour in 2011 with 2 one acts by Harold Pinter and Kevin Oakes

Location scouting in Florence for the pilot film of "Vita Lux", to be filmed in spring 2011 with Kevin as Anchor Host/Presenter. An exciting new TV concept about luxury life and living. Alexander Ackley is director and co-conception and the production company is "Mainworks" from Germany. The final location scouting and test shootings will be in early 2011.

Hamburg: Gala Show for "50 Years of Boeing and Lufthansa in Germany" Kevin directed and co-conceived ( with Eisele Communications event agency) the show for 1200 VIP and celebrity guests, including the mayor of Hamburg, the CEOs of Boeing and Lufthansa, who arrived outside the hangar where the show took place at Hamburg Airport, in the 1st "Dreamliner" Boeing to land in Germany. It was a multimedia show with dancers and models and artists, performing the last 50 years in scenes with a live orchestra. Photos to be seen www.eisele-communications.com

Accademia Italiana Fashion Show in Bangkok. Kevin finally directed the show after all the upheaval in March in a new and safe location. International young designers and models were featured in press and media as one of the most successful shows of the year in

Accademia Italiana Show, Florence
Annual Accademia Italiana Fashion Show for international young designers and master students in Sachhall to an audience of 2000. Fifty models show the collections of up to 30 young designers. The prestigious "Piramide" Award was presented to John Richardson, the famous British designer. Previous winners being Fendi, Cavalli, Missoni, Viviene Westwood etc.
Frankfurt: Haarskulpturen (Hair Sculptures) Show with fashion by Rene Storck to hairdesigns by Mario Pohl in Frankfurt. Kevin directed and appeared as star guest singer.

Professional Model Coaching: Catwalk, Photo and Commercial Acting Coaching( for TV commercials). Bangkok: preparation for Accademia Italiana fashion show for young designers. The show had to be cancelled after we were evacuated from our venue "Siam Paragon" after it was surrounded by "Red Shirt" demonstrators..who stayed until May!!! The show was postüponed until we could find a suitable and safe destination.

Too Wilde for words
My latest theatre production - A play in english about the life and work of Oscar Wilde with musical accompaniment.
A biographic collage, dramatically played out in two acts - (poems, plays, letters, essays and anecdotes) documenting the paradoxes and ambiguity of Wilde's character.
A portarait of his views on society and art, that are as valid today, as they were then, and his obsessive relationship with Lord Alfred Douglas.
An hommage to Oscar Wilde as ironic social dandy, cynical critic, and as a man desperately seeking love and affection.

Songs of the City ( my new show)
It is an evening of song...takes place in a bar with my favourite bar pianist, and we fantasise about visiting cities I know and love, taking a musical journey with witty anecdotes and stories in the style of those "saloon" singers Sinatra, Bennet, Cole, etc. and imtroducing a couple of my own songs ;-)) Yeah, life in the big city ha it's ups and downs, but the main thing is to come out on top!! ;-))))) I am very interested in taking this show on tour, so am looking for venues worldwide.
Fashion show in Florence, Italia, April 2009
Accademia Italiana produce an international fashion gala every year where international audience and press can admre the creations of wordwide design students and masters, and the "Piramide" is awarded to famous designers (2008 Vivenne Westwood) this year to Carla Fendi and Missoni. The show is directed/choreographed by me, and is qute a spectacle with at least 45 models and more than 300 outfits, in small collections by various designers.
Fashion Show in Bangkok in May 2009
Accademia Italiana presented international young designers in the Accdemia in Bangkok. It is their first international fashion show in bangkok, directed/choreogrphed by me, and was attended by the press and many celebreties. Miss universe was a model in the show, and as always the staff and people and friends in Bangkok were amazing and a joy to be with.

Kevin's show "Songs of the City" will premiere in Frankfurt Gallus Theater..dates to follow. "Songs of the City" is an evening of song and enteratinment, where Kevin takes his audience througha number of great cities, and hos impressions of them in his own charming witty dialogue and of course in song....cities like New York, Paris, London, Berlin, Rome, Rio and more=2 0are all there!!

Kevin Oakes first concert in Germany as entertainer/singer. He presented his show "Fools and Lovers" in Frankfurt am Main "Gallus Theater" to a sold out ecstatic audience. He is now planning to take this show to other theatres in Europe.

Kevin is art-directing the second "be one" charity calender for the German Aids Foundation (Deutsche Aidshilfe), which he is producing with his partner Ralf Theobald,of the men's model agancy "be one".
Model coaching courses for young models in the style of "Star Search" (Kevin was the model coach) with photographers and stylists (see "inspiring"), after the summer break, in Frankfurt am Main and possibily other cities as well.
